Shipping Methods
Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders. We ship from Kolkata and Mumbai ports. Full container loads (FCL) are available for large orders, while less-than-container-load (LCL) consolidation works well for smaller shipments. Transit times vary by destination — typically 10–15 days to the Middle East, 20–30 days to Europe, and 25–35 days to the USA and Australia.
Air Freight
Air freight is suitable for sample shipments, urgent orders, and lightweight consignments. Transit time is 3–7 days to most international destinations. We coordinate air freight through Kolkata (CCU) and can arrange door-to-door delivery via DHL, FedEx, or your preferred courier.
Export Documentation
We prepare all standard export documents for each shipment:
Commercial invoice with itemised pricing and HS codes. Packing list with carton dimensions, weight, and item counts. Bill of lading (sea) or airway bill (air). Certificate of origin. GSP Form A (where applicable for preferential duty). Fumigation certificate (for wooden packaging components). Any additional documents required by your country's customs authority can be coordinated during the order process.
Incoterms We Work With
We typically quote on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) basis. EXW and DDP can be arranged for specific requirements. The applicable Incoterm is confirmed at the quotation stage based on your preference and delivery requirements.
Packaging for Export
Products are individually wrapped and packed in export-grade cartons. Custom retail packaging (gift boxes, branded pouches, swing tags) is produced to your specification and included in the shipment. Master cartons are labelled with shipping marks, barcodes, and handling instructions as required.
Tracking & Communication
We provide tracking information for all shipments. For sea freight, you receive the bill of lading and vessel tracking details. For air freight and courier, you receive the tracking number immediately upon dispatch. Our export team is available for any questions during transit.
