OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we produce wallets to your design and specification, which you sell under your own brand. You define the product; we execute the manufacturing, quality control, and export packing. This model is used by brands, retailers, and distributors who want to offer leather wallets without investing in their own factory.

In practical terms, our OEM process works like this:

1. You share the specification: Model reference (from our catalog or your own design), leather type, colour, dimensions, card slot layout, branding placement, and packaging requirements.
2. We confirm feasibility and quote: We review the specification, confirm material availability, and provide a per-unit price based on the quantity range and customisation level.
3. Sampling: We produce one or more samples for your approval. You review the look, feel, dimensions, and branding placement before authorising bulk production.
4. Bulk production: Production runs against the approved sample as the quality reference. In-process checks at cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
5. Export packing and shipment: Wallets are packed per your instructions (individual polybags, gift boxes, barcode labels, carton marks) and shipped FOB or CIF from Kolkata.

We work exclusively with genuine leather. No synthetic, PU, or vegan alternatives are offered. Standard material options include:

• Full-grain cow leather: The highest quality grade. Natural surface texture, develops patina over time. Most popular for premium wallets.
• Top-grain cow leather: Sanded and finished surface for a more uniform look. Good balance of quality and cost.
• Corrected-grain leather: Embossed with a consistent pattern. Hides minor surface imperfections. Cost-effective for mid-range programs.
• Goat leather: Soft hand feel with a distinctive grain pattern. Popular for women's wallets and premium men's accessories.
• Buffalo leather: Thicker and more rugged. Suitable for work wallets and outdoor-oriented brands.

Construction details confirmed during sampling include: stitching type (saddle stitch or machine lock stitch), edge finishing (burnished, painted, folded), lining material (fabric, microfibre, or leather), and hardware (snaps, zips, money clips) sourced from approved suppliers.

Pricing is per unit, quoted in USD, and depends on leather type, construction complexity, and quantity. Volume pricing is available for repeat programs. Payment terms: typically 50% advance, 50% before shipment (confirmed per order).
